About Trendscape

Trendscape Total Building Solutions is an owner-operated landscape design and construction business based in Athelstone, in Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs, working across metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills. Val Scarpantoni has run the business for 30 years and is on site for every job. His background is in surveying and AutoCAD drafting, so the site survey, drawings and 3D model are done in-house, and he operates the excavators, loaders and trucks himself rather than subcontracting the earthworks. Trendscape has built show-home landscapes for AV Jennings, Devine, Quattro, Metro and Hickinbotham, and today works directly with home owners on exposed aggregate concrete, swimming pools and pool surrounds, retaining walls, pergolas and outdoor rooms, and custom saunas, ice baths and cold rooms. Working direct means one person quotes the job, designs it, builds it and answers the phone.
